Terms & Conditions

1. BOOKING

1.1 Your booking will be confirmed by email. This is the contact between you and the owners of Casa Marroc (subject to payment of the deposit). If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours after using the booking form, please contact us.

2. DEPOSIT

2.1 A deposit is payable before your booking is officially confirmed. If this is not received within 48 hours of the issuing of the invoice, the days will be made available again and may be booked by another client.

2.2 The deposit will be 25% of the total price of the booking.

2.3 Our deposit refund policy is as follows:

UP TO 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE
75% of the deposit is refundable
BETWEEN 30 AND 14 DAYS
50% of the deposit is refundable
LESS THAN 14 DAYS
The deposit is non refundable

Our refund policy is non-negotiable. Sorry.

PLEASE NOT ALL PRICES ARE IN EUROS. WE USE PAYPAL FOR DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS, AND THE RATE OF EXCHANGE FROM YOUR OWN CURENCY TO EUROS WILL BE DETERMINED BY PAYPAL.

3. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

3.1 The booking balance is payable on arrival at Casa Marroc. Only cash in Euros is accepted. We are sorry that we cannot accept any other form of payment.

3.2 If you are unable to pay the balance upon arrival, we are sorry but you will not be able to stay at Casa Marroc.

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Use of all facilities as detailed on this website
Fresh towels and bed linen
All utilities (excluding telephone)
Breakfast
Tea and coffee facilities in your room
Wireless Internet Access

5. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Transport (including to and from Casa Marroc)
Meals other than breakfast
Laundry service
Use of telephone
Tour Guide
Outdoor activities

We recommend that you hire a car from the airport. If this is not possible, we can provide transport to and from Casa Marroc at an additional cost.

6. DAMAGES

6.1 You are responsible for paying for any damages which occur during your stay.

7. SAFETY

7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you and any children are safe at all times.

7.2 You are responsibe for your personal possessions, and you should ensure that you have sufficient travel insurance. Casa Marroc cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal possessions. A safe is available at Casa Marroc, but it is used at your own risk.
